All creations obtained freely on my blog (except where explicitly marked for S4H - S4O and/or Designer Resource/Commercial Use) are for your PERSONAL USE ONLY.
All my Tagger Kits are for your PERSONAL USE ONLY.
YOU MAY use my freebie designs for Scrap For Others, Personal Blog Design, Signature/Tag Making, Email Stationery.
Anything made using these items MUST be offered in flattened format, png is ok as long as it is items that are merged together...for example a completed layout (NOT a quickpage), web page header graphic, sidebar header graphic etc, if you wish to make a quickpage and offer it, please contact me first for permission, which I will give or deny on a case-to-case basis.
For Personal Blog Design please include in the footer credits and a link in the following format:

GENERAL TERMS CONSISTENT TO ALL OF MY DESIGNS

* You may NOT claim them as your own design.
* You may NOT alter my designs in any way and call them your own.
* You May NOT offer my designs for download on any webpage or send them through any list such as a news group, yahoo group, ftp site or include them in any kind of graphics collection.
* You May NOT make my designs into tubes or brushes to redistribute in any form.
* You may NOT make alterisations, such as colorising, to individual elements of my kits and add them to your own collection for redistribution or resale OR include the items as-is in any collection for resale or redistribution.
* Do NOT reupload my kits to any filesharing service like 4shared, sendspace, rapidshare and the like, do not redistribute through Yahoo Groups, Google Groups, forum boards, please link back directly to my blog or store where appropriate instead.
When uploading layouts to galleries, credit is not required....if you are published credit *is* required.
I love to see what is created with my graphics, please feel free to send me either a link or your layout/signature/tag etc...I will be tickled pink! <3
