Double Take Photos

On Saturday 20th August my Mum and I went to the Botanic Gardens where I took some photos of the flowers and plants there before getting soaked with the rain lol I posted about this visit on my blog previously

On Monday I opened up Saturday's paper and did a double take at the photo on page 2 as it looked almost exactly the same as one I'd taken. When I looked at mine I found that the photos look to be taken of the same two flowers at slightly different angles. I was like woahhhh LOL

Here's the two pics, I took a photo of the Advocate page with their photo first, mine is under it:

I emailed the Advocate to share the story, can't wait for spring! :D

Another Botanic Gardens Trip

Yesterday afternoon I took my husband and children on a walk through the Botanic Gardens. I originally wanted to go in the morning but Samantha was running a temperature and not feeling too good...this is how she looked lol

By afternoon she had started feeling much better (thank you Panadol!! lol) and said she felt up to it, so off we went. It was a gorgeous day and all the kids ended up thouroughly enjoying it, even the boys, who didn't want to be dragged away from the computers hehe

I have uploaded the best of the photos to my Flickr account (I didn't realise the battery was low and too many came out blurry), here are my favs from this trip though:

Banana Splash Kit

This kit is called Banana Splash for the single yellow color amongst the browns, and not as a banana themed kit lol

Coffee Stain Brush Freebie

Registration Issues

Due to being overwhelmed with spam registrations that snuck in on the old forum registration page (now deleted) I have a mess in my database that needs cleaning up. The easiest way to do this is to delete all user registrations and start again. While I am cleaning up the mess, new registrations will be disabled. As soon as I reopen the registrations, all current users will need to re-register, I am very sorry for the inconvenience :(
